You won’t want to miss our keynote speaker, Brian Bowden, an anointed leader and communicator serving as the Associate Pastor of Expansion at Faith Family Church in Baytown. Brian is sure to bring a powerful and personal word that we believe will be timely and incredibly relevant!

TEENS IN TODAYS WORLD // SARAH DORSEY-
Sarah Dorsey serves as the Associate Principal of Instruction at Grand Oaks High School. Every day, she sees firsthand the challenges and pressures today’s teens are facing in a rapidly changing culture. She’s passionate about coming alongside parents and our community to better understand those struggles and to equip us to respond with wisdom, encouragement, and hope. At STC, she’ll share insight into what our teens are walking through- and how we can play a role in guiding and supporting them.
CREATING CONTAGIOUS CULTURE // BRET FARRIS-
Bret Farris is the Operator of Chick-fil-A Grand Parkway North. He’s passionate about building a culture that inspires excellence whether at work, at home, or in the community. Bret believes culture starts with who we are every day, and at STC he’s here to share practical ways we can build a contagious culture that impacts every part of our lives.
NAVIGATING DIFFICULT CONVERSATIONS // MARK ODOM-
Mark Odom serves as the Vice President of Business Development at Plains. Throughout his career, he’s learned the value of navigating hard conversations with honesty, humility, and respect. Mark is passionate about equipping people to communicate in ways that strengthen—not strain—their relationships. At STC, he’ll share practical tools we can use to strengthen our families, workplaces, and serve teams through better communication.
HEARING GOD IN THE HUSTLE // MON'SHER SPENCER-
Mon’Sher Spencer serves as the Worship Ministry Director at Houston’s First. She carries a deep passion for helping people experience God’s presence in both the sacred and the everyday. Mon’Sher is passionate about helping people hear the Holy Spirit, not just in quiet moments, but in the middle of life’s hustle. In this STC breakout, she’ll share practical ways we can hear God clearly.
