DNA of a DECLARATION LEADER
At Declaration, we seek to create an atmosphere welcoming of God. We do this by living out Declaration's culture and values and instilling them in all who serve alongside us. By upholding these values and our leadership code, we can better serve God’s people through our vision, mission, and purpose. As a Declaration leader, we will spend intimate time with God, maintain Biblical priorities, bear fruit from Holy Spirit, and keep healthy, Biblical relationships.

Leader Commitment
The heart of this commitment is a healthy community, full of grace and truth (John 1:17). Living by this commitment will uphold personal and corporate integrity, respect, honor, and character (2 Timothy 2:20-22). As a servant of Jesus Christ and a leader at Declaration, I agree, with the help of Holy Spirit, to live by the following leadership commitment. There is grace in this community for mistakes (James 5:16), however, there is no room for unrepentant rebellion (1 Corinthians 5).
